Job Description

As a Specialist-Digital Marketing in the Social & Digital Platforms department, your role will involve driving brand storytelling, campaign content, and digital presence across platforms. You will need a mix of creative direction, business understanding, and data-driven thinking to ensure that content builds brand equity and measurable engagement. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Strategy & Planning:** - Develop and execute the brand's content marketing strategy aligned with business and campaign objectives. - Define content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks for products, services, and brand campaigns. - Partner with product, digital, and media teams to ensure content supports full-funnel marketing. - Plan marketing calendars for owned, earned, and paid platforms. - **Content Creation & Management:** - Oversee the development of high-quality content across various formats such as articles, videos, social media, influencer collaborations, CRM, and performance marketing assets. - Lead ideation for campaigns, product launches, and topical content moments. - Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints and communication channels. - Manage agency partners, freelancers, and the in-house team to deliver impactful output. - **Leadership & Collaboration:** - Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of strategists and content specialists. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product, Digital Marketing, PR, and Brand to align on messaging and storytelling goals. - Ensure seamless coordination with media and analytics teams to amplify and measure content effectiveness. - **Performance & Optimization:** - Track and report content performance across digital channels such as social media, websites, CRM, and paid media. - Use data insights to refine tone, formats, and topics that drive engagement and conversions. - Own KPIs like engagement rate, reach, traffic, and assisted conversions. **Education Qualification:** - Post-graduation: Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. **Experience:** - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the role will require you to have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for digital marketing.,
