Job Description

1. Study of business processes 2. Organization structure of government departments 3. Preparation of As-Is Process maps 4. Identification and analysis of gaps and proposing To-Be processes for improved and efficient delivery of G2G, G2B and G2C services 5. Consultancy during any/all phases of the project on the following activities in simple/complex heterogeneous systems environments for large/medium/small projects leading to enablement of IT enabled service delivery (G2G/G2B/G2C) 6. Departments / organizations / institutions: 1) Design and architecture for Hardware/Software requirements 2) Server requirements (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, deployment etc.) 3) Performance improvements 4) Networking/LAN/WAN design 7. Preparation of Expression of Interest 8. (EoI)/Request For Proposal (RFP)/ Request 9. For Quote (RFQ) 10. Requirement gathering/ functional specifications/ implementation timelines/ defining levels/ payment terms/ contract finalization / costing model etc.) 11. Pre-bid meetings 12. Evaluation Qualification - (Technical/Financial) 13. Prepare and review of NDA, Agreements & Contracts, contract drafting & validation etc. 14. Knowledge of IT acts, IT certifications & related matters etc. 15. Assistance in business development 16. preparation of proposal /TL documents 17. Timely charging of timesheet 18. Training compliance .
