The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, possess strong organizational skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the contract intake process by submitting intake forms for McDonald's leaders and verifying contract details across various systems. - Facilitate contract execution by supporting approval workflows and utilizing DocuSign for timely and accurate completion. - Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards by confirming contract precedents, references, and applying established contract requirements when necessary. - Maintain contract records using the CLM tool as the single source of truth, ensuring accurate formatting, consistent storage, and proper archiving. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of legal training. - Experience working with Icertis or similar CLM tool. - 1-3 years of legal assistant experience providing administrative support preferred. - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to evolving workflows, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and various business functions. - Fluency in English, specifically in legal environments.
