Specialist Contract Lifecycle Management

You will be joining McDonald's as a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Legal Assistant in the Global CLM Organization. Your role will involve simplifying, digitizing, and standardizing contracting processes across the enterprise. You will work closely with the Global CLM team to manage contract intake, support contract execution, and contribute to document management and agreement reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess strong organizational skills, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the contract intake process by submitting intake forms for McDonald's leaders and verifying contract details. - Facilitate contract execution by supporting approval workflows and utilizing DocuSign for timely completion. - Ensure compliance with McDonald's standards by confirming contract precedents and references. - Maintain contract records using the CLM tool as the single source of truth, accurately formatting and archiving documents. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of legal training. - Experience with Icertis or similar CLM tool. - 1-3 years of legal assistant experience preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving workflows, and maintain high accuracy. - Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English, especially in legal environments.
