Job Title: Specialist - Business Analytics Location: Ahmedabad What you will do: Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data from multiple sources to derive meaningful insights Translate data into actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and address challenges based on insights Create and maintain reports and dashboards that visualize key metrics and performance indicators Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support ongoing business operations Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize processes and campaigns Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements Who you are: Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience (4+ years) in data analytics, measurement, or insights roles. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to align insights with business objectives.
