Role Overview: As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you will assist clients in various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your expertise will be utilized to create innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as to facilitate organizational change and transition processes, contributing to shaping the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS integration with Eightfold, overseeing all data and technical configurations such as SSO, BYOK, and SFTP setup - Conduct technical workshops with clients to demonstrate Eightfold capabilities in collaboration with Eightfold Solution Expert - Lead the technical track, which includes a technical consultant, Eightfold Solution Expert, and QA Lead - Integrate with the client's data warehouse for seamless operations - Identify potential risks and seek guidance from Accenture and Client leadership to mitigate them - Maintain transparent communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and addressing any potential issues or risks Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations - Desired work experience of 5-8 years in Eightfold Platform configurations, setting up SSO and SFTP, and Data Migration & Transformation Additional Details (Omitted): The additional details of the company were omitted in this job description.
