Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will support and teach students with special needs, fostering their academic and personal growth. You’ll be part of a supportive educational team that values empathy, adaptability, and commitment to inclusive learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored for students with learning disabilities
• Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and staff to ensure overall development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or TTC (Teacher Training Certificate)
• Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
• Strong communication, patience, and empathy
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs
