Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator based in Bengaluru. The Special Educator will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with special needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), adapting teaching methods to meet students' needs, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals. The role also involves working with middle school students to enhance their learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in Special Education and Teaching
• Understanding of various Disabilities and their impact on learning
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience with middle school students is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
• Certifications in Special Education or related areas are a plus
