Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Faridabad . The ideal candidate will assess, plan, and deliver individualized physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient’s unique needs — from children with developmental delays to adults recovering from injuries and women requiring specialized postnatal or pelvic health rehabilitation. This position requires a clinically sound, compassionate professional with a passion for helping patients achieve functional independence and long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments focusing on posture, balance, mobility, muscle strength, coordination, and range of motion. Design and implement personalized physiotherapy programs for orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports, and women’s health conditions. Deliver evidence-based treatments such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, myofascial release, kinesiotaping, and posture correction . Manage cases involving musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, neurological impairments, developmental delays, postural issues, and women’s health-related concerns. Educate patients and families on ergonomic practices, lifestyle modifications, injury prevention, and home-based exercise regimens. Collaborate with other healthcare and rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. Maintain accurate treatment records, progress reports, and clinical documentation. Participate in workshops, continuing education programs, and clinical research initiatives to promote professional growth and evidence-based practice. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution. 1–3 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice, with exposure to diverse patient groups. Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, sports, or women’s health rehabilitation preferred. Strong command of therapeutic exercise prescription, pain management, and functional movement training. Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach to therapy. Full-time, on-site availability in Faridabad . Additional certifications in Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, Kinesiotaping, Women’s Health, or Neuro-Rehabilitation are advantageous.
