Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pediatric Psychologist & Occupational Therapist to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and support children with developmental, behavioral, emotional, and sensory challenges through an integrated therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and occupational assessments for children with developmental or emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans combining psychological and occupational therapy goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for emotional regulation, attention, behavior modification, sensory processing, and motor skill development.
• Use play-based and evidence-based strategies to promote functional independence and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Speech Therapists, Special Educators) for holistic child development.
• Educate and involve parents, providing strategies to continue therapeutic progress at home.
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and assessment summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical/Child) and Bachelor's/Master's in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
• Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning difficulties, or emotional-behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of child psychology, sensory integration, and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective family and team collaboration.
• Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable therapeutic approach.
• Full-time availability to work on-site in Faridabad.
• Certification in Play Therapy, Sensory Integration, or Behavioral Therapy is an added advantage.
