Job Description

Must be an experienced, passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to train children with learning disabilities / Autism / ADHD.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine each students present levels of performance and learning needs.
Develop annual Individualised Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable academic, behavioural, and functional goals.
Maintain the daily route activities related to Academic & Non academics
Assess skills of the students to determine the needs and to develop teaching plans
Plan, organize, and assign activities for students to engage in learning activities
Help the students in maintaining the social relationships with discipline
Monitor behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
Assess students progress and determine the need for additional reinforcement or adjustments (instructional techniques / Therapy)
Facilitate IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and accurately document parents communication and compliance
Collaborate daily with general-education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related-service providers (e.g., speech, OT, PT) to coordinate services.
Keep track of each students progress and adjust teaching techniques as per the requirement and share progress or potential problems with parents.
Candidate must relocate to Meerut

Passion for working with children, especially those with special needs.
Patience, empathy, and Interpersonal communication skills
Ability to maintain a calm, positive and supportive environment
