Special Education Teacher

As a Special Educator at the Inclusive Education Center in Solapur, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized education to students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to create and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the distinct requirements of each student. - Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop, monitor, and revise IEPs to guarantee the advancement and triumph of every student under your supervision. - Regularly assess student progress towards achieving the objectives set forth in their IEPs using a variety of assessment tools, both formal and informal. - Provide comprehensive progress reports to parents and school personnel to facilitate transparent communication and monitor student accomplishments effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field. - Relevant experience in working with students with diverse learning needs. - Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
