Spare Parts Manager

As a Spare Parts Manager at Ashok Auto Sales Tata Motors, your primary responsibility will be selling spare parts to the crushing and screening industry. You will be required to have a strong technical understanding of crushing equipment products to provide solutions to customers on their parts requirements. Your role will involve coordinating service repairs and parts deliveries, as well as visiting both existing and new customers regularly to generate parts sales. Key Responsibilities: - Technically understand crushing equipment products and provide solutions to customers on parts requirements - Coordinate service repairs and parts deliveries - Visit existing and new customers regularly to generate parts sales - Give support to customers through the internal service team and drive to meet parts requirements - Act on customer feedback on a priority basis - Ensure commitment to customers on parts requirement delivery with internal support and coordination Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of the crushing industry for selling spare parts - Willingness to travel extensively Pan India to generate business - Ability to guide and mentor the service and sales team to achieve targets - Proficiency in presentation, MS Office, and ERP skills - Experience in crushing and heavy equipment parts sales - Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages - Customer handling experience - Good mechanical knowledge - BE in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical Please note that the job location for this position is Aligarh and Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh with a salary budget ranging from 2.5 lpa to 3.0 lpa. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the field.,
