Job Description

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in the system.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders for spare parts as per requirement.
  • Ensure optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure the timely availability of required parts.
  • Assist customers and service advisors in identifying and selecting the correct parts.
  • Handle warranty and return claims as per company policy.
  • Maintain the parts display area and ensure proper labeling and organization.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Follow up with suppliers and logistics for on-time delivery of parts.
  • Monitor parts sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HMCL and company standards for spare parts management.
  • Support the Parts Manager in implementing promotional activities and pricing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
