Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Receiving and processing spare parts requests, orders, and return requests from Service Centers.
Knowledge of stock allocation to Service Center according to stock availability at Warehouse.
Responsible for MSL Planning & maintaining optimal stock levels, monitoring inventory.
Calculation of Main KPI like Key Material, Inventory Turnover & Safety stock and Support service Center in achieving the same.
Close coordination with Service Field Team related to Pending Cases & Solution.
Liaising with Warehouse & Logistics to process given Order and ensuring timely delivery.
Basis knowledge of Spare Part of all Category like Mobile, Accessories and all Eco Systems.
Tracking inventory levels to identify when parts need to be reordered or replenished.
Providing information on availability, delivery dates, and other details to Service Providers.
Identifying and resolving issues related to spare parts, including delays & discrepancies Preparing reports on spare parts inventory, Consumption and other related activities.
Tracking Complaints related to Part not available cases and ensuring timely closure.

Preferred candidate profile

Good Knowledge of MS Excel and other Computer application like complete MS office
Must have Power Point Presentation Skills
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
Open for Travel: Should be flexible (Field Job, Service centers & customer Place visits)
