Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Spanish Travel Sales Executive. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and selling travel-related services to Spanish-speaking markets. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, generating leads, offering tailored travel packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process. The role also involves collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, account management, and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) and strong communication skills in English
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent service
• Knowledge of the travel industry, including travel packages, destinations, and customer preferences
• Experience with digital tools and software relevant to sales and customer service
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high level of accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus
