In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with planning and booking travel-related services including flights, hotels, tours.
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while maximizing sales opportunities.
Fluency in Spanish (B2 level or higher) – both spoken and written
Proficiency in English for internal communication
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused attitude with a sales mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems
