Job Description

About the Role:

Handle and convert incoming PPC leads into confirmed bookings
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the flight booking process
Manage end-to-end flight bookings, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel bookings
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of travel processes and GDS (Amadeus knowledge is a plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mind-set
Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Prior experience handling PPC calls or travel sales is highly desirable
