Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Spanish Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support in Spanish, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include translating documents, assisting in language-specific marketing efforts, and supporting other departments with language needs. Collaboration with team members to meet client expectations and maintain service quality is also essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in translation and interpretation
• Proficiency in language-specific digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Spanish-speaking markets
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
