The specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support in Spanish, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include translating documents, assisting in language-specific marketing efforts, and supporting other departments with language needs. Collaboration with team members to meet client expectations and maintain service quality is also essential. Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service experience with strong problem-solving abilities Experience in translation and interpretation Proficiency in language-specific digital marketing Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Spanish-speaking markets Experience in the BPO industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
