Working Shifts US rotational shifts (2 rotational shifts)

Spanish Language Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Provide voice and email support to Spanish-speaking customers and sellers.
Handle queries related to e-commerce platforms, orders, products, and services.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated cases.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Uphold company standards and policies while delivering exceptional service.

Needs to Have:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in Spanish (B2 level or above) spoken and written is mandatory.
13 years of experience in voice/email support, preferably in eCommerce or BPO.
Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Prior experience in seller/vendor support or outbound customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
