Job Description

As a HR Service Center Representative at our company, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to various Human Resources inquiries within an HR Service Center, under general supervision. You will utilize resources such as knowledge base, policy manuals, and HR databases to resolve inquiries via telephone, voicemail, or email. In cases of complex issues, you will escalate them to the appropriate resource. Additionally, you will process requests for moderate to complex personnel actions in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while ensuring data integrity. Tracking all customer contacts and ensuring resolution satisfaction will also be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as a primary contact for most Human Resources administration matters and collaborate with team members as needed. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Perform HR Delivery tasks as per standard procedures - Analyze processes for improvements - Participate in HR Delivery projects - Manage stakeholders and work closely with the team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or relevant field experience - 1-3 years of overall experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (B2/C1 level) - Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented, with problem-solving abilities - Effective collaboration with stakeholders and the team - Preferred expertise in HR Shared Services and hands-on experience with SAP/Employee Central is advantageous - Exposure to a highly dynamic work environment - Flexibility to work night shifts If you are passionate about delivering Human Resources services, providing functional and project support, and have the required qualifications and experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
