Responsible for developing and maintaining retail store floorplans using Relex, Blue Yonder, or AutoCAD to ensure efficient space utilization and accurate fixture and planogram placement. The role collaborates with category, visual merchandising, and store design teams to deliver customer-centric layouts that align with business strategies and design standards.

Skill Set

• Proficiency in Relex, Blue Yonder (JDA), or AutoCAD (including DWG/DXF file handling and conversion).
• Good understanding of fixtures, planograms, gondolas, bays, and store zoning concepts.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and layout precision.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills to translate data into actionable layouts.
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret space data effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and maintain retail store floorplans using Relex, Blue Yonder, or AutoCAD based on business and format requirements.

• Import and clean up AutoCAD (DWG/DXF) files by managing layers, scaling, and unit consistency.

• Map and maintain fixture libraries, planograms, and aisle/bay numbering within floorplan software.

• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between floorplan, planogram, and master data systems.

• Collaborate with category planners, visual merchandisers, and store design teams to ensure accuracy in planogram and fixture placements. • Prepare and share layout drawings, fixture reports, and planogram summaries with business stakeholders.

• Support new store openings, remodels, and refits by delivering accurate and timely floorplan layouts.

• Generate reports and layout summaries for business stakeholders.
