Spa Therapist

As a Spa Attendant at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm and welcoming spa orientation to guests upon their arrival. This includes guiding them through the location and usage of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Additionally, you will offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will be expected to answer any questions guests may have regarding general property information and available amenities. Your role will involve escorting guests to and from treatment rooms, as well as regularly checking the computer for updates and changes to the schedule throughout the day. Maintaining cleanliness in various areas such as workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. This includes disposing of trash and dirty linens in the appropriate manner and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to the manager. Participation in safety training and certifications is mandatory. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, and protecting company assets are essential aspects of your role. Anticipating and addressing guests" service needs with genuine appreciation, clear communication, and positive interactions are key components of providing exceptional guest experiences. While no prior related work experience is required for this position, a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred. The role does not involve any supervisory responsibilities, and no specific license or certification is necessary.
