Spa Therapist

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Therapist to provide professional counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. The ideal candidate will help clients address emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues through evidence-based techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy sessions (individual, group, couples, or family) Maintain accurate and confidential client records Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary Educate clients on coping strategies, stress management, and wellness practices Stay current on research, best practices, and licensure requirements Comply with ethical, legal, and organizational standards Qualifications:Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Valid state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) Proven experience in a clinical or counseling setting Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in case management and documentation tools Preferred Skills:Experience with trauma-informed care or CBT/DBT modalities Multilingual abilities Familiarity with telehealth platforms Cultural competence and inclusive practice approach
