Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, body therapies, facials, and pedicures.
• Apply specialised techniques such as Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, aromatherapy, or hydrotherapy (training provided).
• Deliver treatments in line with brand protocols, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and calming environment for guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their wellness needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Cosmetology.
• Proficiency in spa treatments, facials, pedicures, and massage techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Entry Level:

  ₹1.8–3 LPA

• Experienced:

  ₹3.5–6 LPA

• High-End Luxury/Specialisation:

  ₹6–8 LPA+

• On-site – Jaipur, India
