Spa Therapist : Resort

Position Summary:

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience. This includes performing massages, body treatments, and beauty therapies in accordance with the resort’s standards and treatment protocols. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness, promoting spa services, and upholding a welcoming and tranquil environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a personalized spa experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
• Deliver high-quality treatments in accordance with spa protocols and hygiene standards.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times.

Operations & Hygiene:

• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage treatment schedules efficiently to maximize productivity.

Sales & Promotion:

• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products to guests.
• Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling spa offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, wellness programs, and resort activities when required.

Teamwork & Professionalism:

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist (preferably in a resort, hotel, or wellness center).
• Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai, etc.) and beauty treatments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
