Reports To: Spa Manager / Wellness Manager

Position Summary

The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments and exceptional guest service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all guests. The role includes delivering massages, body therapies, beauty treatments, and maintaining a clean, peaceful spa environment in line with resort standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Service & Treatment Delivery

• Perform professional spa therapies, including massages, body treatments, facials, foot reflexology, and aromatherapy.
• Greet guests warmly and provide consultation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable treatments based on guest concerns and wellness goals.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the treatment.

2. Hygiene & Spa Standards

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Follow all resort SOPs, safety guidelines, and treatment protocols.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and products are sanitized and well-maintained.

3. Product Knowledge & Upselling

• Provide information about spa products and wellness services.
• Promote spa packages, therapies, and retail products to enhance guest experience.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate guest treatment records and daily reports.
• Manage treatment room preparation before and after each service.
• Assist in inventory control of linen, oils, and spa supplies.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with the spa reception team.

5. Professional Conduct

• Maintain grooming standards as per resort policy.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect guest privacy.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Ayurveda, Beauty, or Wellness.
• 1–3 years of experience in a spa, wellness center, or luxury resort (preferred).
• Knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, basic beauty therapies.
• Good communication skills and a guest-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle different guest preferences with patience and professionalism.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended hours.
• Should be physically fit to perform various massage and spa treatments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
