Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SPA Therapist to join our team at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience delivering exceptional spa and wellness treatments, with a strong passion for holistic well-being.

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver an exceptional range of spa and wellness treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and signature therapies.
Create a personalized experience that nurtures both body and mind, ensuring every guest feels valued, relaxed, and cared for.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness, ambiance, and readiness of all treatment rooms and spa facilities.
Anticipate guest needs with genuine warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations on treatments and products to enhance their journey.
Support retail and spa promotions by sharing in-depth product knowledge in an elegant and non-intrusive manner.
Uphold all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest level of guest comfort and confidence.

Job Requirements

Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment.
Possess a strong understanding of massage modalities, skincare, and body treatments.
Demonstrate exceptional guest engagement and communication skills, with a graceful and composed demeanor.
Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a passion for luxury wellness experiences are essential.
Ability to maintain discretion, empathy, and composure in a serene setting.
