Job Title: Spa Receptionist cum Tele caller (Only Female Candidates Preferred )

Location: Pure Wellness Spa, Kondapur

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, Attractive, and friendly Female Spa Receptionist cum Tele caller who can be the face and voice of our brand. You will play a key role in welcoming clients, handling appointments, promoting our wellness services, and maintaining smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for booking appointments and answering inquiries.
• Maintain client records and manage scheduling through spa software.
• Promote spa packages, services, and promotions to clients.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Manage client feedback with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Support administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Pleasing personality and well-groomed appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality sector preferred (but freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and customer management.
