Spa Manager (Female)

As a Spa Operations Manager with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the hotel industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Your role will involve providing continuous training and development opportunities for the staff to uphold a high level of service and professionalism. In this position, you will be expected to analyze financial reports and implement necessary actions to enhance profitability. It will be your responsibility to devise pricing strategies and promotional activities that attract guests while also maintaining profitability. Additionally, you will collaborate with the hotel's marketing department to create targeted campaigns that promote spa services effectively. Utilizing customer data, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling spa services and products to maximize revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
