Role Summary

experienced SP3D Structural Designers

Key Responsibilities

Develop
3D structural models using SmartPlant 3D (SP3D)
as per project specifications and client standards.
Model and detail:

Pipe racks
Equipment structures
Platforms, ladders, staircases, and handrails

Prepare and review:

Structural layouts
GA drawings
Fabrication and erection drawings

Incorporate
design inputs from structural calculations, piping loads, and vendor data
.
Coordinate with
Piping, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams
to resolve interface and clash issues.
Perform
clash checks
and participate in model reviews.
Generate
Material Take-Offs (MTOs)
for steel structures.
Ensure adherence to
international design codes and project standards
.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience
as a Structural Designer using
SP3D
.
Strong knowledge of:

Structural steel modelling
Industrial plant structures

Experience in
Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial projects
.
Ability to work across
India–UAE project environments
.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in
Middle East projects
.
Familiarity with
EPC project execution
.
Exposure to multi-disciplinary model coordination.
