Your responsibilities include: - Demonstrating excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine. - Ensuring consistency in taste and presentation of dishes. - Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a South Indian kitchen (hotel or restaurant). - In-depth understanding of South Indian cuisines and ingredients. - Basic knowledge of food costing and wastage control. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - High level of personal hygiene and discipline.
