As a South Indian Commis 1 Chef at Kanthari Restaurants, your role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting authentic South Indian dishes to meet the standards set by the restaurant. Your responsibilities include: - Demonstrating excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine. - Ensuring consistency in taste and presentation of dishes. - Adhering to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
