Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef at Hyatt Regency Bali, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the culinary arts and is committed to delivering immersive Sanur village experiences to our guests. To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxurious hotel environment. You should possess a deep understanding of food service management, nutrition, menu planning, and food health hazards, along with knowledge of all necessary precautionary measures. As a team player, you will be actively engaged in contributing to our overall success and dedicated to being part of a high-performing team. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as you will be responsible for guiding and motivating kitchen staff to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a keen attention to detail, who is enthusiastic about joining our team at Hyatt Regency Bali.
