Sous Chef (Continental Cuisine)
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen operations
Supervise the Continental section and ensure consistent food quality
Plan menus, control inventory, and minimize waste
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
Train and mentor junior chefs
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in a Continental kitchen
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Continental cuisines and plating techniques
Local candidates preferred
