Position: Sous Chef Number of Openings: 2 Package: 450 OMR Gender: Male Age Limit: 32 – 42 Nationality Preference: Nepali / Sri Lankan / Filipino / Indian Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management Requirements & Responsibilities: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsible for training, induction, and development of kitchen staff in: Hygiene and cleanliness Menu knowledge Production methods Food presentation and portion control Standard recipe creation and maintenance Conduct daily shift briefings with kitchen colleagues. Train CDPs, DCDPs, and Commis chefs periodically on REVEL system modules: Inventory Recipe management Purchasing Food cost control Attendance tracking Foster positive interdepartmental relationships . Prepare and maintain a comprehensive recipe book . Maintain food cost in line with management expectations. Implement and follow HACCP standards . Must possess: Strong management skills Good English communication System knowledge in MS Office and relevant software Experience or knowledge of Italian cuisine Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you wiling to relocate to Moscat, Oman?
