Sourcing Specialist-BPO (Onsite Pune-Baner)

As a Sourcing Specialist at thinkbridge, you will play a crucial role in supporting BPO hiring operations and identifying top talent for the clients. Your strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills will be key in ensuring the success of the sourcing strategies. - Source profiles relevant to the client requirements - Regularly update profiles on ERP systems - Identify potential profiles using client tracking systems - Track profiles submitted on client tracking system - Work closely with clients to understand the job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Qualifications Required: Must Have: - At least 6 months of relevant experience in sourcing resumes - Familiarity with sourcing ERP tools, Sharepoint & tracking systems - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured sourcing processes - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Good to have: - Experience working with HIRE or similar recruitment platforms - Prior experience in diversity sourcing and compliance-based hiring - Understanding of regional hiring practices and recruitment market trends - Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and screening results - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a global environment At thinkbridge, they empower growth-stage companies to become tech disruptors by providing world-class technology strategy, development, maintenance, and data science services.
