We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Understanding the role in detail and create a strategy to build a healthy pipeline for the role. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Identifying which mediums/methods/sources/channels would work best for the roles you are working for and not limited to the traditional job portals. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders. Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
