Should have managed team of 20-25 team members 

Good and hands on knowledge on Transformation journey

12-14 years in Sourcing,Procurement operations(PR to PO), and Procurement operations

Experience in leading sourcing projects, build and execute RFPs, evaluate responses

Experience in Price & bid analysis 

Experience in indirect categories is added advantage

Coordinate and execute bid clarification/management,conduct supplier negotiation

xperience in drafting and managing contracts

Reporting, analyzing and delivering spend results

Good understanding on SOW/SSJ

Hands on experience in Post PO managment (GR/IR expections)

Timely escalations to all internal and external stake holders in case of a policy and procedure not followed

Maintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Adherence to overall Service Delivery Requirements

Liaises with client organization for any delivery requirement

Develop strong working relationships with the entire supply chain team

Identify and resolve exceptions 

Contract review specialist will be responsible for reviewing and to interpret contracts language ensuring compliance with company policies and legal Standards. 

• Ability to analyse contract language, identify Potential risk and discrepancies and provide recommendation to management. 
• Strong understanding of software and Hardware contracts and experience in Contract review
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are also essential for this position. 
• Interpret and explain complex contract language to respective ream. 
• Expected to provide recommendations and guidance to the internal team, Requestors, Risk management and Legal teams
• Negotiate and structure Contract in order to protect the company interest and ensure successful partnership 
• Strong exposure in creating a high performance-driven culture, employee engagement & customer centricity
• Demonstrating ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
