Sourcing & Procurement - Associate/ Senior Associate/ Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Sourcing & Procurement Associate/Senior Associate/Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, creating purchase requests, managing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. You should have 1-8 years of experience in procurement with a strong understanding of sales orders and supply chain planning. Key Responsibilities: - Create purchase requests and purchase orders - Reconcile purchase orders and research and resolve order exceptions - Identify suppliers using JDE, SAP S4/ERP, and Ariba - Manage master data related to procurement - Conduct RFx processes - Review material requirements and specifications, float RFQs, receive bid responses, and prepare bid summaries - Review and release purchase orders, resolve supplier queries, and expedite critical purchase orders - Maintain and update master data - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans - Establish and monitor issue management, change management, and quality management processes - Organize meetings between suppliers and customers for issue resolution - Hands-on experience with ERP systems like JDE/SAP and Ariba is essential - Flexibility to work in shifts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) - Experience in purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management for goods/services - Familiarity with supply chain processes in the Oil & Gas or Energy Services industry - Proficiency in using IT tools for supply chain planning - Strong skills in procurement, purchase orders, and sourcing Company Details: The company operates in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry and offers full-time, permanent employment opportunities.
