Key Responsibilities: Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new real estate channel partners (agents, brokers, agencies) who align with our business objectives. Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure partners are fully equipped and ready to sell. Sales Management & Target Achievement: Collaborate with partners to set ambitious yet achievable sales targets. Continuously monitor their performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer strategic assistance to help partners successfully close deals and meet their objectives. Relationship Building & Retention: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with all channel partners. Regularly engage with them to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention within our partner ecosystem. Marketing & Sales Support: Provide partners with comprehensive marketing materials, effective sales tools, and robust lead generation support to enhance their sales efforts and market reach. Training & Development: Design and deliver regular training sessions for partners on new product updates, effective sales strategies, prevailing market trends, and competitive insights to keep them informed and skilled. Market Expansion & Opportunity Identification: Actively identify new business opportunities and lead strategic expansion efforts within the assigned geographical territory or specific real estate vertical, increasing our market penetration. Travel & Partner Engagement: Undertake regular travel to meet with key partners and customers face-to-face. Ensure complete alignment on sales strategies, market approaches, and business goals to foster strong collaboration. Partner Ecosystem Presence: Organize and actively participate in partner meetings, industry conferences, and relevant events to maintain a strong, visible, and influential presence within the real estate partner ecosystem. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Rigorously track and analyze channel partner sales performance data. Provide data-driven feedback and develop actionable strategies for continuous improvement and optimized sales outcomes. Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage partner negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise, maintaining positive and productive partner relationships. Reporting & Insights: Prepare and submit regular, comprehensive performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully acquiring, developing, and managing a high-performing channel partner network. In-depth understanding of the real estate market dynamics, sales processes, and channel partner ecosystems in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. Exceptional interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret sales data. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
