Key Responsibilities: Identify and source potential channel partners to expand the sales network Evaluate and onboard new partners, ensuring they meet company standards and objectives Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners Negotiate terms and contracts with partners to ensure mutual benefit Collaborate with channel partners to create and implement sales strategies Monitor partner performance and sales targets, providing support and guidance as needed Coordinate training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with business goals Track market trends and competitor activities within the channel partner ecosystem Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and partner engagement Key Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience in channel partner sourcing and management Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strategic thinking and business development acumen Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting Knowledge of sales processes and partner ecosystem dynamics Team collaboration and cross-functional coordination Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics software
