Ability to develop a vendor base for

existing vendor base
Knowledge and experience
in NPD and products localizations
Effective
management of supplies
from vendors to ensure production support
Knowledge and Experience in
lean management
tools and supplier integration
Effective management of
Supplier SLA
both for products
Review or
update supply chain practices
in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software

Appraise
vendor manufacturing ability
through on-site visits and measurements.
Monitor
supplier performance
