JOB Description : Senior Engineer Sourcing-Chassis Parts_Automotive
Education: B.E Mechanical/ Production
6-8 years in Automotive OEM or Tier
Work Location : Aurangabad ( Maharashtra)
Skill
Proven purchasing experience, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment. Purchasing strategies for critical items such as Leaf springs, prop-shafts, Front Axle, Rear Axle, Suspension Parts, filters, draglink, Gear box, APUs, shift/select cables, Fuel tanks, EATS, steering wheel/columns, radiators/intercoolers, brake pipe/bunches,.
• Chassis Parts Detailed Knowledge.
• Chassis Parts Indian as well as Global Supplier base
• Chassis Parts Testing and Validation and Functional requirements. Zero based costing and benchmark costing.
Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Analytical, numerically astute with strong proven problem solving abilities Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines Keen attention to detail and accuracy
