Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sourcing & Cat Enablement Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Supplier Assure team within the Accenture Operations Procurement, Supply Chain and Network (PSN) business vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to manage strategic supplier or subcontractor relationships critical to both internal and external service offerings. You will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services by working closely with diverse hardware, software, and service suppliers. Your expertise in Supplier Relationship Management will be crucial in meeting project goals and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage one or more strategic supplier or subcontractor relationships - Understand processes deeply to meet project goals and manage core and sub-processes for key deliverables - Conduct Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to third-party vendors - Classify suppliers based on their impact and risk through Supplier Segmentation - Verify vendor compliance with company policies and regulations through Supplier Due Diligence - Ensure service requests meet SLAs/KPIs and project requirements for Service Request Fulfillment - Act as a subject matter expert and mentor on TPRM - Set up and improve sourcing processes in new and existing deals - Drive continuous improvements in supplier delivery and automation - Achieve cost savings and quality targets - Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Lead daily operations with high performance and minimal errors - Implement automation and CSI initiatives for productivity gains - Upskill on digital tools like Ariba, SAP, Coupa, Apex, ServiceNow, and Power BI - Manage attrition and build strong team relationships - Focus on team development while following Accenture's HR policies - Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, data protection, and values Qualification Required: - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Supplier Risk Management or Procurement domain - Minimum 3 years of experience in Third Party Risk Management or related fields - Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles - Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations Management, Project Management, or similar domain - Minimum 2 years of experience in working with virtual teams - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Moderate Expertise on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) - Good understanding of Third Party Risk Management, Supplier segmentation, Supplier due diligence, and Service request fulfillment - Ability to drive effective and articulate communications with senior internal and client leadership (Note: Any Graduation is the required qualification for this role),
