Open Full Time Job Title: Sound Shaper (aka Phonetics Teacher) Reports To: Director of Happiness Job Overview As a Sound Shaper, you will be responsible for teaching phonetics and helping students improve their pronunciation, intonation, and communication skills. You will work closely with our students to develop their ability to differentiate sounds and use them correctly in their speech. Who can apply? • Linguistics degree holder, master of jibber-jabber, or a related field. 1 year & above experience in tinkering with words or related field. Killer communication skills to give wings to children’s dreams. Passionate about language and unlocking the secrets to better communication. Quirky, unconventional, and a fan of tea with honey and lemon. Roles & Responsibilities • Whip those vocal cords into shape, turn students into language superheroes! Make learning phonetics a blast with a classroom that feels like a party. Keep your classroom spick and span, and your lessons totally wacky. Lead your students on a wild ride of group discussions and activities, with plenty of high-fives along the way. Evaluate like a boss, improve like a ninja, and drop the mic when you’re done. Let your creativity run wild, and give your students an education they’ll never forget!
