We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional who can design, deliver, and elevate soft skills training across all levels of the organization. What you’ll do:
Design and deliver engaging in-person & virtual training programs
Use innovative techniques – role plays, simulations, group activities, and more
Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with HR & business leaders to align training with organizational goals
Stay ahead of industry trends to keep learning fresh and impactful
What we’re looking for: Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Management, HR, or Business Administration Master’s degree or certifications in L&D (e.g., CPLP) preferred.
