Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Design:

Develop and design engaging, interactive soft skills training programs for employees across levels and departments.
Create high-quality training content such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules, ensuring relevance and up-to-date practices.

2. Training Delivery:

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Apply diverse instructional techniques including role-plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, and experiential activities.

3. Assessment & Evaluation:

Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Continuously refine programs based on participant feedback and industry best practices.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with business unit heads, HR, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and align with organizational goals.
Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

5. Industry Trends & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in soft skills and behavioral training.
Incorporate innovative techniques to ensure programs remain impactful and engaging.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) preferred.
