Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at the company, your role will involve qualifying, integrating, and maintaining Trial Interactive systems. You will collaborate with various teams such as sales, account management, product, engineering, and creative to ensure successful partnerships and technical integrations. Your expertise in Trial Interactive technology, along with your exceptional communication and project management skills, will drive the success of the partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a deep technical understanding of Trial Interactive products - Manage and coordinate major client integrations - Use analytical and technical tools to solve client problems, such as developing innovative solutions, troubleshooting code, querying databases, and analyzing results - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to drive partnership success and guide product enhancements - Present client feedback to product teams to drive product innovation - Assist clients in integrating and adopting new features to ensure long-term success - Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, MS SQL, .NET, IIS, and Linux - Experience with cloud environments, AWS experience is a plus - Strong knowledge of databases, ability to write SQL queries and procedures - Familiarity with website hosting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, creativity, and cooperation - Organizational skills and the ability to work independently - 1-3 years of relevant work experience (Note: No additional company details were provided in the job description),
