Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Programmatic, SEO, and Email Marketing. Monitor and analyze performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards. Manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics) for lead tracking, segmentation, and automation. Design and implement marketing automation workflows (drip campaigns, nurturing, retargeting). Conduct A/B testing, CRO, and funnel analysis to maximize conversions. Integrate campaigns with CRM for accurate attribution, lead scoring, and sales pipeline visibility. Deliver timely performance reports and actionable insights to management. Ensure compliance with GDPR/data privacy regulations. Requirements: 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and CRM. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard reporting. Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, etc.). Proven success in SEM, SEO, Display Ads, and Email Marketing. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and optimize budgets for ROI.
